Not to freak out because I'm moving to Edinburgh

ABOUT ME

Well, I'm 19 (already! hope i don't become 20 soon) and I'm moving from Bulgaria to Edinburgh for my university studies. I'm not completely sure what I want to do with my life yet, but I know I want to be an interesting person and meet lots of other interesting people ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I think there the sole purpose of a person's existence is to be happy. So everything that makes me and the others around me happy, is good :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to travel and when lilink told me about this site I couldn't believe it because most of my expenses have always come from accommodation, and I have already visited all the places where I know people who would let me stay, so it is just what I need to be able to afford travelling again. Oh, yeah, and the people :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, I don't know if it counts, but I participated in a program at school, so I lived for a week in the home of a Danish student. It was amazing, I loved almost everything (the weather was kind of bad :D). Otherwise I have only stayed with family or really close friends.

Interests

I listen to music a lot, particularily rock. I always take my mp3 player with me and I love to listen to music while watching the clouds on an airplane. I love watching movies and in order to check out new movies and music and making researches for travelling, I spend a lot of time in front of the computer, so I chat a lot, on skype :)

Whoa! I have big lists about this here :D
To list a few movies, I love Lola Rennt, Dancer in the Dark, Big fish, Dogma, A Clockwork Orange, Sin City, The Wall, Hero. Music: Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, Björk, Tomahawk, Faith No More, Archive, Pink Floyd, The White Stripes, Franz Ferdinand, Tool, trip-hop bands, and Massive Attack. Some of my favourite books: The Little Prince, Johnatan Livingston Seagull, Slapstick or Lonesome no More, The Long walk, The Lord of the Flies, Birdy, The Gods Themselves, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Of Mice and Men, Catcher in The Rye, Winnie the Pooh, Chocolat.
