ABOUT ME

Some personal fact :
The name's Rama Wicaksana, but people known me in my nickname which is "Amay".
19th years old, currently studying Geological Engineering in Institut Teknologi Bandung.
Have been living in Indonesia -specifically, Bandung- for the entire life and have been to some other places in here like Jakarta, Surabaya, Garut, Bali, Bogor, Tasik, Karimunjawa. Pangandaran.
Known the local language (sundanese), quite good in either spoken or written english.

i could say that i'm a very open minded person. Having an opportunity to go to Japan for a short exchange in 2009 makes me realized my real passion is, of course, travelling. i'm that kind of person who enjoy language barrier, different taste, cultural things because for me, diversity is grace. More diversity just means more chances for us to feel the thrill :)

I'm quite good at making new friends and keeping the old one in touch because i'm a kind of person who cherish friendship :)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

When i was on a journey in Thailand, from phuket and went for the Sirindhorn museum in sahatsakan district, i didn't know how to get to the museum. And apparently i can't speak thai besides the thai 101 language. The book i brought didn't have any explanation about the museum. Because maybe, sahatsakan is not a tourism place. So we kind of struggling to make a conversation with the local people and ask as many information as we can about how to get there. From getting a 20 hours bus Phuket-Khon Kaen followed directly by two hours drive to Kalasin and 1 hour to the museum just to look around in the museum for about 4 hours then went back to Khon Kaen and went to Bangkok for another 7 hours. We met soo many nice and helpful people in between :)
