I am a person who likes meeting people from different nationalities, faiths and habits. I like to travel though couch surfing is new to me. I love driving and often go on long distances on my own by road in India. I love wild life and animals. I have two dogs as pets.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Meeting people from different countries is an enriching experience. I have always travelled the conventional way through staying in hotels etc. I learnt about couch surfing from a friend and I think this is a very good way to actually get to know people and places . I have a place where I can accept couch surfers occasionally provided I get some advance intimation. Of course they should be OK with having two dogs in the house as company.

All kinds of music, the language or genre doesn't matter so long as I like the beat! My favourites are oldies, soft and hard rock and country music. I read quite a bit and whatever I can lay my hands on..books that have inspired me though are "Catch 22 " by Joseph Heller, " Little Prince" by Antoine De Saint- Exupery. Favourite movies are " An officer and a Gentleman" and " Scent of a Woman".

Living in a Tiger Sanctuary for six days as a part of the annual Animal Census team and getting chased by an elephant!

My house in which they can have a room with a bathroom . I always have friends or travellers visiting so some advance information will help. My house is well located so travelling from here is easy with lots of public transport available. My experiences , though I admit I am more interested in listening to theirs!
