I'm a 27 year old guy from the Netherlands. Last year I decided I was missing freedom in my life so decided to give up my stuff in the Netherlands and start to travel. I did some trips before but one thing was limiting me. The lack of my motorcycle abroad. Which is why I chose to just start traveling with it.

I'm riding around Europe, working during the weekdays and exploring in my free time. This summer I want to ride around the Balkan.

I love offroading so I'm following parts of the Trans Europe Trail. This way I can experience the nature of the countries I'm visiting. But I also like to stay in cities to do sightseeing and socialise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The main reason I'm on couchsurfing is to connect with new people. While riding around solo is amazing, I also want to meet people at the places I visit.

Interests

Love being in nature! As my job is already very digital and I'm sitting behind my laptop all day, I prefer to do non-digital stuff like fixing my bike, hiking into the mountains or exploring cities.

I did some salsa classes years ago but want to start taking classes again and learn salsa and bachata.
