About Me
I'm a practicing architect who enjoys board games, hiking and cycling. I've been lucky enough to travel for summer fellowships to France and Mexico, and am even looking to move to Mexico City!
I live with three other guys and we keep a neat and comfortable home. Don't be surprised to get an offer for cup of coffee in the morning or a board game in the evening. If you're interested in the history or architecture of Boston, I'd be happy to share. If I have time, I could even show you around.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet new people and help them feel at home in a foreign place. Each time I travel I find new friends in the hosts I stay with, and I hope to be a great guest/host in response to that kindness. Kind of paying it forward, i guess.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I listen all over the map but Jon Hopkins, Miles Davis, and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club will always rise to the top. In Boston, I frequent Groupmuse shows, which feature local classical musicians playing in someone's living room -- or roof.
Movies: Rather than single films, I'll list directors. Here goes: Andrei Tarkovsky, Darren Aronovsky, Christopher Nolan, Denis Villanueve, and of course John Carpenter. I like films with ideas and allegories.
Books: Again, I'll list authors: Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Haruki Murakami, Neil Gaiman, Neal Stephenson, David Mitchell
