I am an educated professional who gets along with just about everyone. I am quiet and respectful. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing new places. I like to keep busy and am easily bored! I have recently rediscovered my joy for downhill skiing and have been going to Mt. Spokane near my home in Eastern Washington about twice a week all season. During the warmer months I like to take road trips on my Harley and go camping.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing to get the most bang for my travel buck! I also enjoy meeting new people and find no joy in the antiseptic experience that most hotel / motel stays provide.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like hip hop and was into rap when you could only find it played on the alternative station once a week for a couple of hours! My favorite movie was the Sixth Sense with Bruce Willis (which is strange because I feel his range as an actor peaked in 1987). My favorite book was Ishmael by Daniel Quinn.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After turning 45 I decided, on a whim, that I wanted to ride a bull. So I signed up at the Newport Rodeo and went for it. I only lasted a few seconds but what a thrill! The bull stepped on my back and I wear that scar as a badge of honor. Lol.

I was a Political Science and History major in college. I enjoy a good debate and I have wicked sense of humor. I am extremely difficult to offend and I do not impose my beliefs on others. I have always been a technology buff and have helped a lot of people out of computer jams! I love talking about just about anything of substance. I have read books on topics ranging from Eastern Philosophy to General Relativity.
