我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

It might sound cliché, but couchsurfing is a way of living. If you have never experienced it, it is hard to describe. I met some of the most amazing people, been to some of the most wonderful places and had numerous enriching experiences, thanks to CS.

Geocaching with a monk in Myanmar

Crossed the ocean by boat! From Portugal to Brasil.

Found a host in Amsterdam (I challenge you)!! :-)

Met a German girl using CS and spent a night in our rental car in Zion national park, installed ourselves in our sleeping bag watching a movie with some chips and a beer, under a sky filled with thousands of stars (the CS spirit I mentioned above).

Got convinced by an old friend I haven't seen in ages to start dancing again and participate in the world championship hip hop.
We actually won that thing... which makes me now a worldchampion. Still can't believe it myself... Sidenote: senior small crew division, but still ;).

Got conviced by another friend to participate in the exames to become a sailor. 6 of us were going to take the courses. I was the only one stupid enough to actually do it ofcourse... But hey, I am officially a sailor now. :D
