ABOUT ME

i draw my energy in life from two places... People and all things outdoory. Often both at the same time! In terms of the outdoors, i'm mostly a mountain man. Scottish, alpine, cragging, rock, ice, scrambling, sport... Anything really. Kayaking, biking or anything are all good too

in terms of people, i have a lovely fiancee, and loads of good friends who i strive to meet up with as often as possible. Next big meet is Glastonbury 2011.

PHILOSOPHY

Give everyone the benefit of the doubt, keep exporing, follow random chance and coincidence, take people up on their offers, think of positives in everything and take responsibility for everything that happens to me.

Apart from outdoory stuff, I enjoy socialising, watching movies (especially so-bad-they're-funny movies! I host a "bad movie night" on a semi weekly basis), Can't resist a bit of Karaoke now and again, love cooking, am attempting to write a book, although that's currently running a bit slow (anyone care to help re-inspire me?)

I'm a Mountain guide so I love to take people out into the hills, climbing, walking, indoors, outdoors, Snow, ice, rock.

I need to learn any new languages (I only speak English, working on German) and any musical lessons would go down a treat!
