About Me
Wow... describing something as mysterious and delicate as a human being, using written words, is a serious challenge. Adding to that it is me I am asked to describe makes is even harder.
I think I would describe myself as a curious, doubt-raising, over-thinking person. I tend to delve into deep thoughts about many things. If you are like that too then you know what I'm talking about. Just like many other things, I think it's a gift and a curse, depending on the level of cooperation one has achieved with this attribute.
I value freedom and space, I like spending time alone and at the same time I am often easily attached to people and want to spend time with them if we have a good connection. The most amazing experiences I had in my life involved other people as well as all-by-myself adventures so it kind of goes both ways for me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
[Besides the obvious financial advantage,] most of my life I didn't travel at all because of a mixture of decisions and responsibilities, even though I always deeply and passionately wanted to. Now I'm on a different chapter in my life, a chapter that allows that more than ever before, and while I was getting ready for my first trip (Portugal) after winning a Kizomba competition here in Israel in 2015, a friend told me about Couchsurfing and the idea of meeting new people who are willing to do the same, while traveling to new countries, locations and cultures sounded simply awesome. I believe in writing interesting stories in my personal book of life. I think anyone should pursue that. Couchsurfing sounds like a great factory for such stories.
Interests
Animals and wildlife photography. The very first memory I have of myself is an image of my dad holding me up, helping me to get closer to an elephant to which I gave two grapefruits. The elephant held his trunk towards me and I put each grapefruit in each of its nostrils. Unfortunately it was at the zoo, a place which I ideologically stay away from, but I was very young and didn't know better. The second memory I have is of me playing with my dad's old camera. That leads me to one of my core interests - nature and wildlife photography. I am fascinated with the animal kingdom, though I do like some species more than the others, and capturing them with my camera is like a trophy for me.
The sea. Another element of nature which is a spellbound for me, is the sea. A lot of people find the sea as one of the most amazing elements in the world and I am no different. I am thrilled by its powers when I'm wave surfing, and I sometimes like to vanish to a different world underneath it while I free dive and hold myself to some rock at its bottom.
Outdoors. I love camping as it breaks every routine and lets me re-evaluate different parts in my life. It refreshes my proportions and exposes me to new ideas that can lead me to important decisions.
True-listening. I am interested in people and really getting to know their stories. Almost every touching and exciting experience I had - had involved other people. I love being sensitive and tuned to other people and though I don't always have a quick fix or a brilliant advice - I like listening to their stories, both good and bad, and to paint a picture in my head about them and their lives.
Music and dance. Music is a big part of my life. It can really move me, both physically and emotionally. It can sometimes fuel and motivate my imagination to a point that I just can't wait to make it happen. Along with that, I have been dancing several dance styles, starting from Dancehall and R&B, then Salsa, Bachata and currently Kizomba.
Freedom. For the past eight or so years of my life, I have been exploring, trying, learning, refining and developing myself and projects I started in order to push my life forward to reality where I am not bound to a workplace in order to survive, and to move from survival to higher goals and ambitions. I can talk about this for hours so I guess I will leave that one out to a better time.

Music, Movies, and Books
Other than the music I dance to, I currently listen to romantic American Country, chill and calm Coffeehouse music and Deep House when I'm wired to something.
I always surround myself with special books that I find useful for my way of life. Some of them are "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" and "Awaken the Giant Within". I almost never read fictions though I did read several and really liked "The Alchemist" and "The Shadow of the Wind".
I don't get to see movies much, but I usually drawn to drama and inspirational movies like "The Social Network" and "A Beautiful Mind" but on TV, "Game of Thrones" and "Silicon Valley" are currently my favorites.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Throwing away my bed after realizing I am sleeping too much. After three months of sleeping on the floor I bought a new one.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach about my way of living, during which I will probably learn just as much, I can tell about my way of photographing, how to dance Kizomba, any pretty much anything I have thoughts about.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My stories, my values, my personal mission and whatever you ask that I can handle.
