Dreaming up something big.
Cindy and I have been together over 23 years now and married over 18. We live in a three bedroom house, but one room is my office, as I now work from home. Our guest room has a private full bathroom, and we have a washer/dryer if you need to get some laundry done while you're here.
Be gentle, with yourself and others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We're offering a couch for short stays of a couple nights at most. We're right on top of easy transportation and shopping, and located in a great quiet neighborhood. We're not the partying type, so you're more likely to get a tour guide or some friendly advice on what to see in the area than a beer or a bong. Smoking (outside) and drinking are completely acceptable, just not to excess. I like a clear head when I go to work in the morning.
Attention bicyclists and motorcyclists!
I'm fascinated with any two wheeled mode of transportation. I love and have a few motorcycles and bicycles. If you are coming through on a bike (motorized or not) and need a safe, secure place to work on your ride, this is a good house for that.
Music, Movies, and Books
I read a great deal about history and religiously listen to nerdy podcasts (This Week in Tech, etc.). As I write this I have the Arctic Monkeys on, all music is interesting to us, but I rarely listen to polka. Just sayin'.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent six months riding my motorcycle from San Francisco, CA USA to Ushuaia, Argentina and back.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach me what's appropriate in your county, so I may learn how to not offend when I visit. I'll do the same for you.
