I am a retired rescue Mission manager where we had a soup kitchen, food and clothing bank and shelter for the homeless.

Born and raised in Silver City, New Mexico, USA which is a small mountain town and joined the US Marine Corps after high school where I eventually received a degree in Marketing.

After I got out I managed various small businesses, including some of my own until I fell into the rescue Mission position which I loved and did until retirement in 2017.

Now I run various ecommerce stores online and as soon as my wife leaves her position as a fitness instructor/personal trainer (a year or two) we will be travelling more.

We will be opening our home to couchsurfers later this year and to housesitters in future years.

We normally have a large vegetable garden every year and we like to get outdoors to hike, camp, go treasure hunting, and four wheeling in the areas around our home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Started a homeless shelter at our rescue mission.
