Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Opened my own restaurant (first Feldhof, then Rechberg 1837 in Zurich) like; no risk, no fun, all in. Already received some Gault-Millau points and a Michelin Green Star 🎉. One thing led to another, and now it’s already a small chain with different restaurants, pop-ups, and stores.
