PHILOSOPHY

(English) My traveling philosophy (wow the two senses are good: 1- I want to explain what is my philosophy "during my travels", but it can also mean that 2- this philosophy is always changing and evolving by discovering new things), as i was saying, my traveling philosophy is based on the idea of "sharing". It seems to me that to really communicate and touch new people and foreign cultures, it is essential to share with them. It can be a kind of mutual aid (ex. share objects or, obviously, a couch); but also a more cultural sharing, an exchange of customs and traditions (ex. homemade recipes or stories about your city); finally, it can be a more personnal share, like a share of ideas, where it is possible to express our vision of life, of the modernity, of the family, of the work, of traveling, of human nature, etc.

(Français) Ma philosophie en ce qui concerne les voyages est basée sur la notion de "partage". Il me semble important pour entrer véritablement en contact avec des gens nouveaux ou des cultures différentes qu'il faut partager avec eux. Il peut s'agir d'un partage sous la forme de l'entraide (comme partager des objets, par exemple, ou, évidemment, son loyer); mais aussi un partage plus culturel, comme un échange de moeurs et de traditions (par exemple des recettes culinaires ou des récits sur l'histoire de sa ville); finalement, il peut s'agir d'un partage plus personnel, tel un partage d'idées, où il nous est possible d'exprimer
