Helloo, my name is Raphael!
I am 22 years old and I was born and raised in Berlin. After school I moved to Lausanne for 6 months in order to improve my French and to benefit from the mountains. After that I started travelling and using couchsurfing. It gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about different cultures and to meet many wonderful people. Then back in Berlin I started to work in a small organic store which focused on reducing foodwaste by selling expired food. I am a big fan of foreign languages and music and in the beginning of this year I started focusing more and more on it.

I am an open minded person who loves sports, nature, good food, discussions, speaking diffrent languages and of course visiting new places and meeting new people!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

As I ve been learning spanish for about a year now I wanted to use couchsurfing to stay for a while in spain in order to improve and use my languages skills while connecting with the language on a super natural way by just living it and connecting with native speakers, the culture and using it in every day life! I would be so glad and thankful if you could support me in this project. Also I am looking for a social project where I could help and participate (and maybe a choir that I could join!(if that works with the covid?)) anyhow every idea, inspiration and tip is super welcome and a big support!! thanks a lot! curious to hear from you and hope to meet you soon!
