Hi, my name is Raphaël and I come from Luxembourg. I have studied Translation and Interpreting in Brussels for 5 years and have been working 1 year in Paris as a customer advisor. My mothertongue is French, and I also speak English, German, Luxembourgish and I am getting better and better in Spanish. I am a very nice (that's what my friends say ^^) and open-minded guy who loves to share his experience with and hear the experience of others. That is part of the reasons I want to do couchsurfing: I want to discover new things, a new culture, a new environment and meet new people.

I am traveling with my life-partner Vic, with whom I have shared the best experiences :) She's fun, very energetic and as open-minded as I am.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am convinced that one can learn a lot from other people. Everyone has lots of personal experiences to share. Being a host on Couchsurfing shows an open mind and that is why I want to do Couchsurfing : to meet new people and be confronted with a new way of thinking, a new culture, new ideas.

Languages are my passion. And while I am travelling around the world, I want to learn a bit from every language and every culture, because I think that communicating with others is the key to a blooming life.
