ABOUT ME

I'M NOW IN TAIPEI STILL HAVEN'T UPDATED !! ;-)

(I'm back in Paris this needs to be updated)

I've been living in China for 4 years. But Xi'an is a new place for me, and I'm discovering how the real China is like (not Shanghai, and Beijing, even though I love those 2 cities).

I grasp any chance I have to travel and meet new people.
My plan is to stay a few more years in China (learning Chinese is pretty hard, I'm not done yet !) and then eventually go to another country.

PHILOSOPHY

I've been thinking hard about that one, but I'm afraid I don't have a goal in my life yet...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My couch is open to anyone that has an interesting profile or makes the effort to send an interesting request.

I had a lot of fun couchsurfing in Japan, Dubai and Taiwan.
It's been a year that I host in Xi'an and I enjoy very much meeting people this way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Female host that told me that she almost got rape by a csurfer once while we were on our way to her place (that was a good way to make me feel comfortable !)

Csurfer that stole my cheese (this something precious in China, and I'm French !)

Books : I've been reading a lot of books about China lately to understand better the place where I live. Still don't really get it though...

Movies : thrillers, art house & Asian films (Japanese, Korean).
American directors that (only ?) Europeans appreciate : Woody Allen, Cohen brothers...
