Hmmmm.... I find it hard to distil being a person into a short introduction,

However an attempt would be - I m a doctor by day, hippy and explorer by night. I love learning new things and well as opening myself up to new experiences as much as I can. I love being challenged and going outside of my comfort zone, and seek out opportunities to do so. The world is one gorgeous place, and I feel very strongly about preserving it for future generations. I also love connecting and getting to know different people from all walks of life, and in general prefer one meaningful connection to 10 superficial ones.

I think that would be a simple start :)

When visiting a place I have not been to before I would much rather see it through the eyes of the locals, as it helps me better immerse myself in the local culture. It is also a great way of meeting interesting people.

I also love hosting, as also love meeting interesting people. However do not get the chance to do this as much as I would like.

A few Goenka Vipassana retreats which I would highly recommend to anyone, as well as some other silent meditation retreats.
