I am a student of Human Nutrition studying on the east coast of Canada.
I have gained an appreciation of the small things; a clear night's sky, awaking to the songbirds on a beautiful summer's morning, a warm cup of coffee in a quiet sunny living room.
I love to travel, and although I'm shy I like to challenge myself to move outside of my comfort zone and meet new people and experience new things.

I love the book Eat. Pray. Love. because it has helped to get me through some very difficult times in my life. It has also traveled with me across the world

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacking 25kms into a secluded campground in the Rockies for 6 days was probably one of the most amazing trips I've ever experienced. Hiking up a peak and witnessing an unbelievably, breathtaking 360 degree view with someone you care about is one of my most precious accomplishments.
