Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Sol, a Spanish traveler, writer, and mentor who has explored more than 30 countries with my backpack and notebook always by my side. I believe travel is not only about places but about transformation — each journey is a path back to ourselves.
I’m passionate about connecting with people, cultures, and stories. I’ve lived experiences as diverse as walking ancient sites all over the world, drinking tea with strangers who became friends in one moment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because travel is not only about places, but about people. I’m here to connect, share stories, and experience cultures from the inside. For me, Couchsurfing is about trust, kindness, hospitality, generosity and meaningful human connection.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy world music, traditional sounds, and those melodies you discover while traveling that stay with you forever.
Books are my true companions: self-knowledge, spirituality, ancient history, wisdom, and metaphysics — texts that nourish the soul and open new perspectives.
Movies I like are about journeys, transformation, or human connection, especially documentaries about different cultures, personal growth and the beauty of life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done is guiding and inspiring women to discover their highest potential, to trust themselves again, and to walk with confidence. I believe that traveling solo is one of the greatest tools for self-knowledge and transformation — and watching women return from a journey with a new light in their eyes is, for me, the most extraordinary experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love sharing about conscious travel, self-discovery, and how solo journeys can help build confidence.
At the same time, I’m always curious to learn from different cultures, languages, and ways of living. What I enjoy most is the exchange: good conversations and a spirit of connection that makes us both teachers and students at the same time.
I also need to share with you that I take care a lot about my energy and vibration frecuency,
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m a calm, patient and respectful person. I like good conversations, listening, and sharing stories from the road. What I bring to a home is authenticity, gratitude, and positive energy.
