Hello.. I am Rara. I was born in awesome Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and grew up in this city ever since.

I completed my tertiary education with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Electronics majoring in Telecommunications and currently slaving myself at an MNC headquartered in Japan. Loved everything Japanese ever since. hehe.

Other than my job, I make myself busy by being active with outdoor activities or simply travelling around the world (I wish) when the money and time permits.

Fun facts about me:
- I am a mommy to two adorable cats (and many more previously).
- I am a certified PADI Advanced Open Water scuba diver.
- I had run and completed 10 Full Marathons (that’s 42.195 km, in case you don't know) to date.
- I had conquered Mount Kinabalu (one of the highest in SEA), Mount Merapi (an active volcano!), Mount Ledang, Mount Datuk, Mount Belum (and Bukit Tabur behind my house).
- Leave me at a factory outlet and I become crazy. -_-

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm yet to host but my surfing experience so far was great! It's always good to meet new people, learn other people's culture, sharing stories and have fun together. And what better way to learn about a foreign country than staying or meeting with local people. I'm looking forward for more couchsurfing experience and friends from all over the world :D
