My name is Rasmus Broholt Lind and I am 21 years old. I am a Denmark, Odder native. I am currently attending Lindsey Wilson College, KY, where I am studying Communication and playing at for the golf team. I have a lot of different interest. I like to do all kind of sports. I love music. A thing that I love to explore is the different cultures, not only different countries but also the differences within a country or area - I like to learn about different values within those cultures and of course tast different food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm Couchsurfing due to a lot reasons. First of all would I like to meet up with different people from all over the world - I believe that, most likely, both parts get a better experience out of out. The visitor get a more "on hand" experience out of it, because of the host probably is an expert in the area. On the other hand get the host to know and hopefully learn about different people and cultures from all over the world. The world is a beautiful place because of all the diversity and I am keen on experiencing that!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I grew up in Danish/Scandinavian culture, and that is something that I have noticed people find intersting -Scandinavian, and Denmark, is based on the socialist welfare states, which is very different from the rest of the world. An other thing a can lear my host about is "The Law of Jante" an unspoken Danish law about how you should thing about you self and others.
I am know as a very positive person that spread a lot of joy, so that is something you will experience as a host. One of my interest are cooking food, and I would love to teach how to cook Danish food and get taught to cook local food.
