ABOUT ME

I'm a student in college, studying music (piano is my instrument) I love to travel and learn new stuff about other cultures. I'm pretty calm, but I love to have a great time and party real hard!
I wish to go to the USAs next summer in search of adventure starting with San Francisco going down to LA, New York is on the map (going through Memphis and Nashville at the same time) I'm really exited about this couch surfing thing.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to express music that is above me. It can be pop, music or classical or my own compositions, I believe I'm just a channeller. I don't I'm the creator of anything, but something somewhere needs to be expressed, and I'm here on this planet for that.

Interests

I'm really into music, of course. I'd venture to say any kind of music, but that's not true, somehow, I seem like the only human on earth who doesn't like blues... But otherwise I'm really open to everything. My second passion I have to say is geography, I started a geography major in university a few years back but then I decided to pursue my first and true love: piano. Oh yeah!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Gosh, I haven't watched any movies in so long! I suck! I'm watching right a movie though... it's Carmen (Bizet's opera made into a movie) I really like it. I have seen indiana jones and the last crusade way too many times. I love Miyasaki's movies, they are all pretty great!

Music: I am a complete fan of Karin Dreijer Andersson (aka The Knife, or Fever Ray) I love Gershwin, Chopin, Bartok, Goldfrapp, recently discovered Sylvain Chauveau, I also love Tori Amos, I like Bjork, Boards of Canada, Emiliana Torrini, Brahms, Scott Joplin, Bach, The Killers, Olivia Ruiz, Poe, Patrick Watson, Regina Spektor, Cocorosie, Conjure One, CSS, Camille Saint-Saens, aaaaah so many more, they are all my favorites!

as for books: anything I can get my hands on, I looooooooove John Steinbeck and Ernest Hemmingway, I also read every book by Amelie Nothomb. H.G. Wells is also really good. Alessandro Barrico, what else... huh, I've read so many things but I can't name anything on top of my head right now.
