About Me
He viajado, me he reinventado, he caído y también me he levantado con más claridad.

🌎 In English
My name is Raúl Gómez Mejía, and if I had to describe myself, I wouldn’t do it by what I do, but by how I see and live life. For me, existence is not a rigid set of steps or a fixed destination, but a creative flow where we all have the ability to be the directors, creators, and protagonists of our own story.
I deeply believe that life can be light, expansive, and magical when we remember our power to create. To me, dreaming is not a fantasy—it’s an act of courage. And trusting yourself is the key that unlocks everything, because when you trust, life unfolds without friction.
I have traveled, reinvented myself, fallen, and risen again with greater clarity. Those cycles have taught me that limits are almost always imaginary, and that beyond them there is always a wider horizon waiting. I live with the certainty that every experience—whether easy or difficult—is part of the script I am writing for myself.
My ideals are clear: freedom, authenticity, and trust. I believe in living without masks, in reconnecting with essence, in daring to direct my life as if it were a creative masterpiece. For me, spirituality and strategy are not separate; magic and method coexist and complement each other. My purpose is to remind myself—and others—that we were born with a natural creative state, and that true transformation doesn’t come from forcing life, but from learning to live it with intuition, lightness, and purpose.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think that locals can give me a different way of seeing the city. Taste true local food. See what they see. Do what they do. Feel part of that place instead of a tourist.
Staying with locals gives me the opportunity to see different things, and to share my experience with the people hoping inspiring them to live their dreams.
Interests
I'm traveling all around the world to discover new places, make new friends, live incredible experiences with amazing people, taste different food, and basically to feel completely free.
Also I practice Parkour since 2013 (recovering right now from a broken bone) and Ninjutsu.

Music, Movies, and Books
Big fan of electronic music and reggaeton. Also like watching comedy movies, stand up comedy and drama films.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Leave home at the age of 17 to travel around the world counts??
Teach, Learn, Share
From my life, I can share what I’ve learned through traveling, falling, and rising again: that self-trust is the foundation for everything to flow without friction. I teach how to reconnect with that natural creative state, how to direct life with lightness and purpose, and how to merge the spiritual with the practical to create from essence.
What I Can Share with Hosts
