ABOUT ME

I enjoy traveling and feel fully alive when I am in harmony with nature, living a gypsy sort of existence, free to experience new situations. Which might explain why i love the wind so much! That being said, I also enjoy sitting-still in meditation or curling up with a good book.

PHILOSOPHY

Be true to yourself, the rest will fall into place. I subscribe to PRONOIA (the antidote to Paranoia), as Rob Brezsny describes: the universe is conspiring to shower you with blessings!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first got involved with CS when I journeyed west around-the-world in 2010. I visited 10+ countries in 300 days and made some beautiful connections along the way. Now I want to give back, by helping travellers discover the joys of south-central Ontario, Canada.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Peru and India - and it was great all around! Also met nice folks on NZ rideshare, and used 'nearby travelers' to meet a beloved soul sister in Indonesia.

Interests

Yoga, singing mantras, farming, cooking, chakras, tarot, healing arts, tracking, ultimate frisbee, painting, photography, the list could go on...

I like music that inspires people to dance, books that support independent thought, and videos made by friends :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lost my Frisbee in a canyon in Peru, learned the art of beekeeping in NZ, and became a snorkeling fanatic in south-east Asia. Became a co-owner and caretaker for a beautiful piece of land in Ontario.
