ABOUT ME

I'm a on again, off again student. I love to travel and meet new people. I have many hobbies and I think I'm alright at a lot of them but not real great at any of them. I have big plans to do amazing things all across the world but have found that planning too much never works so I tend to just go with the flow and hope everything will work it. Everything tends to work out. I'm fairly laid back but I love a good adventure.

I have couch surfed in Latin America some and the day I get a couch of my very own I hope plenty of people would like to stay at my place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My limited experience using couch surfing has been nothing but positive. I think this idea is great and I hope it just continues to grow.

Interests

Movies, music, reading, hiking, camping, running, tennis, computers, gardening, playing violin, sewing, any work that's hands on, making art out of things I find, naps, seeing new cultures, constantly learning, and much more.

Movies: Robin Hood, Ghostbusters, Pulp Fiction, Totoro, Logans Run, Army of Darkness, just to name a few.

Music: Brian Jonestown Massacre, Pinehurst Kids, Radiohead, Dandy Warhols, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Lou Reed, Velvet Underground, NIN, Ratatat, more than I can list...I like almost all kinds of music.

Books: campy sci-fi, historical fiction, contemporary literature, a few examples: Shantaram, Atlas Shrugged, Catch-22, anything by Robert Heinlein.

I would love to learn about anything. There are so many ideas in the world. One of the best things about traveling is the ability to become exposed to new ideas you never would have developed yourself.
