PHILOSOPHY

Co-counseling, oracles, astrology, talking with friends, authentic movement, conscious dances, contact improvisation, bodywork, energy work, rites of the Munay-Ki, sweat lodge (temazcal) ceremony, I Ching, t'ai chi, chi gung, meditation, walks in nature, hot baths, ultimate frisbee, laughter yoga, celebrations, group rituals, affirmations.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Started in 2001 in New Zealand, continued to northern California, Colorado, and back east. Have hosted mostly international dancers. Most recently surfed in UK's midlands.
