About Me
Hey there! I'm Reagan, a friendly and open-minded host based in Kenya. I love meeting new people, sharing stories, and experiencing different cultures. Whether you're a traveler passing through or someone looking to explore Kenya more deeply, I’d love to welcome you into my home.
I have a passion for tech, AI, and software development, but outside of work, I enjoy good conversations, local adventures, and learning from others' experiences. I believe in the spirit of Couchsurfing—connecting with people, sharing knowledge, and making travel more meaningful.

Music, Movies, and Books
🎵 **Music**: I enjoy a mix of genres, from Afrobeat and reggae to jazz and classic rock. Some of my favorite artists include Burna Boy, Bob Marley, Coldplay, and John Mayer. I’m always open to discovering new sounds, so feel free to share your favorite tunes!
🎬 **Movies**: I love movies that make you think, inspire, or just provide a good laugh. Some of my favorites include *Inception*, *The Shawshank Redemption*, *Interstellar*, and classic comedies. I also enjoy documentaries, especially those about travel, history, and technology.
📚 **Books**: I have a soft spot for books on personal growth, philosophy, and tech. Some of my favorites include *Atomic Habits* by James Clear, *The Alchemist* by Paulo Coelho, and *Sapiens* by Yuval Noah Harari. I also enjoy sci-fi and thought-provoking fiction.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things I've done is backpacked across multiple countries, built an AI project that helps people, taught a class on coding, and hiked to a breathtaking viewpoint. It was an unforgettable experience that taught me a lot about resilience, culture, and the beauty of human connection.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love exchanging knowledge and experiences. I can teach you about coding, data analysis, web development, different cultures, or swahili. I’d love to learn more about different perspectives, local traditions, and anything that sparks curiosity. And I’m always happy to share good conversations, travel stories, and perhaps a meal from my culture!
What I Can Share with Hosts
If I host you, I’d be happy to share my tech skills, help with any small projects, or cook a meal from my culture. I enjoy deep conversations, storytelling, and exchanging travel tips. I also appreciate a good jam session if you play music! Most importantly, I always respect my host's space and am grateful for their hospitality.
