Hi all, I really don't know what to say or how to start this. I'm 23, I have a beautiful pitbull at home, and I guess right now I'm taking another "finding my self" trip before I go back to having a normal day job. Currently I work off and on as a nanny/babysitter. Since the child I was nannying (is that a word?) Has just moved away I have an opportunity to go travel for a little bit, and I'm definitely going to take that offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really really like exploring and traveling. But I also really really don't have the money to go explore new places and stay in hotels. And it's way cooler to make new friends in new places than stay in hotels alone anyways. Currently my best friend is having me road trip with her to go visit her child in Wisconsin, but we aren't coming back together because just a few states away is another best friend and my uncle. So I guess the real, truest reason I'm on here is so that I can safely explore while I travel to see my uncle and friend.

Music, Movies, and Books

So many, let's start with movies. Swiss army man is my current favorite movie, but I also love just about anything Disney. I have a very variety of music that I like and what I feel like listening to changes on a daily basis. My playlist has everything from pop to rock, folk punk to classical, country to reggae, and just about everything in between.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done is..... Hmm.... That's a hard question. I once ran a 15k race in an hour and forty minutes? I don't really know what constitutes as amazing. But probably the coolest adventure I've been on was going to la with my best friend to eat hotdogs and hike around an abandoned Nazi sympathizer compound that's been boarded up and is now covered in tons of graffiti. The graffiti actually makes it kind of beautiful now, which is why I found that trip so amazing.
