Overview
About Me
I am an artist at heart. I studied design at Kansas State University, fashion design in Mendoza, Argentina, and a touch of mechanical engineering in Germany. I absolutely love meeting new people and exploring new places.
By trade and for a living currently, I am a color designer for a major tech company.
For me, the greatest wealth in life is getting to share places and experiences with great people, especially those whom you hold close to your heart. Strangers and family alike!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that traveling is best when you have someone who is equally as excited to share what they know about a place, as you are about visiting that same place.
I also love being exposed to different walks of life and experiences that I haven't had before!
So far I've had a handful of experiences with people I've met on Couchsurfing and they've all been wonderful! Looking forward to many more.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: I LOVE BOOKS
The Sparrow - by Mary Doria Russel
Cloud Cuckoo Land - by Anthony Doerr
Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts
Jupiters Travels by Ted Simons
Lois on the Loose by Lois Price
These are just a few of my favorites
Music:
Daft Punk, Dance & EDM, Dubstep, Older Country, Deep House, Cumbia, Raggaeton but I love being introduced to new genres of music.
Movies: I love documentaries and select sci-fi. Getting more into feel good kids movies in my old age. ;)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I rode a dual sport motorcycle from Manhattan, KS to the Gulf of Mexico solo at 19.
I also took an solo trip from Germany to Spain for a week at 23 and learned so much about myself.
I also once held a solo art exhibition in Brooklyn, NY and got to share some soul filled creations with people from all over the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
Learning new things and teaching others is what I live for. Therefore, I have a variety of skills, including everything from painting to motorcycle mechanics, sewing to welding, that I would love to share with others.
In addition, I'd like to learn more about cooking food from different cultures, videography, and to learn Spanish(accomplished in 2018). Now I’m on to growing my Spanish vocabulary and fluency, and being enamored with other languages.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my skills as an artist. (I always have traveling art supplies with me including sketching and watercolor mediums). Pleasant conversation including anything about color, most philosophy and deep level conversation topics (I’m a trained life coach and love hearing what people are moving through and creating in their lives)
Of course, I can share clean up responsibilities and great stories + share a little piece of our time here on earth together in pleasant company.
