What I Can Share with Hosts

There is a couch downstairs & a very comfortable futon upstairs in the office. You must be able to climb stairs. I have 2 sets of 18 to get to the top floor. I'll allow you to do one load of laundry. You can of course use the shower but please be mindful of water usage as that Durango's most expensive utility.
You must be up & out before 11:00 AM.
