Hi everyone, just getting started at the solo travel thing... Seen a few places across our lovely planet but they've mostly been fairly organised trips. I love living out of my backpack!! Feel crowded when I come back home and see all the STUFF I've accumulated over the years!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love to immerse myself in new places, and you can't do that if you only hang out with other travellers all the time. Also money, because obviously.

So many!
MUSIC: I like a lot of classic rock, golden oldies, soul, a bit of modern pop but not much.
MOVIES: anything Burton or Tarantino. I like films that have something to say or make me ~feel things~
BOOKS: I like ASOIAF, anything by Jeffrey Eugenedies (spelling???), lots of random novels, mostly YA fic. Also travel books as well obviously!

I'm an English teacher by profession! So I'm happy to be used as practice :P also love dance, can't teach but happy to share a boogie! Would love to improve my (limited) Spanish :)
