About Me

My name is Rebecca and I'm a 20 year old girl based in southern Germany.
I'm open-minded and positive and I love travelling by my own.
At the moment I am doing work and travel in New Zealand, this is why I can't host anyone at the moment🙈
I need to mention that I'm vegan, not because this makes you circumstances (I always find something to eat😉), just to don't disappoint you if you cook me a national food which includes meat, because I'm not going to eat it! But if we cook something together, let's at least do something vegetarian🤗

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Isn't that pretty obvious? :D
For me, travelling a country is mainly defined by get to know natives! This way you can make friends all over the world, learn something about their lives and all couchsurfers have something in common: the love for travelling, the curiosity and so much more!
And of course this is also the best way to learn the language of the country🤗

Interests

They're kind of related with each other:
In my work and travel time I want to meet new people, read books and maybe ride a bike or do some other sports. And of course travelling requires minimalism, especially when you choose a 40 litre backpack which weight less than 7kg😆

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to nearly every kind of music, excluding metal oder hard rock.
My favorites are Swing, vintage 50's-70's, Jazz, Reggae, some Charts aaaand Sia💕

At the moment I prefer books which have to do with lifestyle, like vagabonding which I nearly finished.
Other books on my list are "The 4-Hour Workweek" and "Mit 50€ um die Welt" (this guy travelled with 50€ around the whole World!)
Otherwise I love novels by Jodi Picoult

My favorite movies are similar to my book preferences, but mostly i like comedy and love stories. As you see I don't like movies with a bad ending😂

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Nearly in everything you do is something amazing😊

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to improve my english skills and learn something about other cultures!
Also, I'm super interested into learn some yoga or some basic dancing skills and I would looooove to learn how to play the Ukulele, so if you are willing to teach me something, please let me know😉

What I Can Share with Hosts

I couldn't host anyone yet, because I lived still at home by my parents...
And now I am not able to host, because I'm travelling on the other side of the earth through New Zealand for a long time🙊
But I can't wait to have a own flat when I'm back home and host people from all around the world!!
