ABOUT ME

A dual citizen of the US and Liechtenstein, I have lived in Liechtenstein for 3 years. My interests include reading, hiking, climbing, Irish music, and Indian and Mexican food and I have really enjoyed living on the north face of the Swiss Alps.

I recently started working in St. Gallen and I am looking for a quiet, somewhat private part-time living situation in St. Gallen, Switzerland. A room where I could overnight 2 nights per week, almost always Monday and Tuesday nights, would be ideal.

I am new to couch surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While I have no experience hosting or overnighting through the official couchsurfing website, I have hosted and overnighted through other networks, such as the U.S. Peace Corps (I served in China for 2 years).

Intereses

The way people learn and experience the world is what fascinates me. Recently I started working with a science education research team in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Because I live in Liechtenstein, the commute is 1.5 hours one way. Therefore, I am looking for a room to rent per night, for about two nights per week, usually on Mondays and Tuesdays. There would be exceptions. For example, when I go on vacation, I would not need to stay overnight in St. Gallen. Occaisionally because of meetings, I will need to overnight in St. Gallen on, say, Thursday night instead of Tuesday night.
