ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I went a few hours away for school, but found that wasn't quite enough, so I hopped on a plane and got a job in Spain for a semester to spice things up. It was there I discovered the couch surfing community, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it changed my life. While I do love school and I'm already missing college, I'm a firm believer that the majority of our learning should be done outside the classroom, in this beautiful world around us. I'm interested in just about everything, which is one reason I have enjoyed the all-encompassing field of psychology. I always say that if I had time I would have majored in everything.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While in Europe I found CS was a great way to get in touch with other travelers and get info on local events. Now I hope to participate more in the local CS events so I can welcome fellow travelers and foreign people with the same kindness and enthusiasm I was shown while abroad.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used it quite a bit while traveling around Spain and some other parts of Europe, and had such great experiences! I hope that I have many opportunities to host other interesting people, whether they're from another part of California or the other side of the world.

I'm young and open-minded, still trying to figure out my life goals and direction. I especially love listening to what older people or those who have been around the block a few times have to say. I'd like to learn about the world through you and what you've seen and experienced, and I'd be grateful if you could recommend new places to go or new things to try.
