My friends often describe me as pretty outgoing and kind of shy at the same time, (odd i know :) ) but someone you can rely on and have a good talk and laugh.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I really like the CS philosphy, I love to take a full immersion in another culture, in another persons ideas, way of looking at things and share ideas, laughs, food (yummy) etc etc. I travelled already quite a bit this way, staying at friends of friends places without knowing of CS, wish I would have discovered it earlier but, better late than never. :)

Intereses

I really like to spend time with people who have that sparkle in the eye when they talk about what they do in life, people who are living the dream. Trying to do that too. My time at the moment is pretty much sucked up by work (creative :) ) and meeting my wonderful friends here in Rome.

That’s difficult for me: too many amazing things not enough space. I’ll give it a try anyway: Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Snatch’s dialogues, Sempé’s illustrations and his use of light , Ginsberg’s Howl last sentences (manages to bring me to tears like every time), Jim Jarmush’s movies, beautiful lettering, almost anything by Gondry, Marina Abramovich’s “The artist is present”, Tim Buckley and Jeff, Blixa Bargeld’s catlike soulwrenching cries and Neubauten’s songs of course, Joni Mitchell, Albert Camus, Kerouac, Hesse, Richard Dawking’s humor, Oscard Wilde’s humor, Rimbaud, Ian Curtis and his Joy Division, Richard Hell’s singing “All The Way”, A Single Man’s use of color, Maria Herrero’s and Littleisdrawing’s illustrations... Enough: ask me! :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

Pretty much every sunny morning here in Rome puts me in awe: it’s really amazing all the light here after living so many years in Switzerland ( not that i don't like Switzerland ;). Amazing concerts put me in awe, sunsets, sunrises, the souks in marrakech, good food, great illustrations, great perspective changing books and conversations, I can't stop ahah : life in general.
