I recently moved back to the Pacific Northwest from Grand Rapids, MI in order to be closer to my family. I am a recent MPA grad and I spend a lot of time job hunting and volunteering.

While studying and traveling in Jordan, I had the opportunity to visit the ancient city of Petra and Waddi Rum. Although I also visited other places in Jordan, these two amazed me most with their natural beauty and kindness of the people I met.
I recently traveled to Kauai to visit a friend and was mesmerized by the island.
