ABOUT ME

I am originally from Northern California. I now live in New York City with my husband. I moved to New York City when I was 17 for no reason at all, except I wanted an experience. This is how I live most of my life; for the experiences. I am new to surfing, but my husband and I have been excited hosts before, and can be vouched for! I love to know a city as the locals do, I hate doing quick tourist trips and trying to see as much as you can in a short amount of time. I'd rather get to know one place thoroughly than know a bunch of places in a surface kind of way.

PHILOSOPHY

I have absolutely no idea what's going on, and I don't think I'm supposed to know. So, I just go with it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted one person so far, and have a few more people set up to stay with us in the coming weeks. We've had good reactions, and we have a spare room with a bed. My husband and I love meeting new people and traveling!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked in Mombasa, Kenya in a rehabilitation center for street kids. Directed them in a play and had the most amazing experience ever.
