I retired from a TV station in 2014 so that I could live my dream of riding my motorcycle & shooting documentaries about the people & places that make the motorcycle lifestyle so different & interesting. I am currently in production with 3 different long format documentaries & in post production on a series of shorts. (Are my photos there? I can't see them)

Couchsurfing as I travel gives me the opportunity to meet interesting people & travel more on my limited retirement budget. Without this, it would be very difficult for me to live this dream.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like a wide variety of music & love listening to new (to me) music.
Books...YES! I am an avid reader/listener. The only way to cross from west Texas to souther California on a motorcycle is listening to a good mystery. I fill up my iphone (current listening devise) with books that interest me and the boring parts of trips melt away.
Movies...I am way behind the curve for movie watching. Too many years working 60+ hour weeks in Television industry left a big gap. Give me a suggestion for interesting movies to watch!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In September I got to ride along and document the Motorcycle Cannonball Run. It was an absolutely amazing experience to travel across the US with a bunch of very interesting people on very old (pre 1937) motorcycles. I will be doing it again in 2016 & can't wait to start shooting some of the stories of the riders for that race. That's why I need to come sleep on your couch. (edit) I have now ridden with and documented 3 Motorcycle Cannonball endurance runs. look up Runnin' Rabbits Films on youtube or Facebook to view my work.
