To pay back some couch-surfing karma in gratitude for the generosity shown to my son in his travels.

ABOUT ME

I've been a primary school teacher for the past 12 years, so obviously I love being around kids. I live with my husband, Ben and we've got 2 fairly grown up boys of our own (20 and 16). My oldest son is couch-surfing his way around the states following an exchange year at University of Maryland. I was really impressed by the generosity of strangers in welcoming him into their homes, so I thought why not give it a go myself. We've got a comfortable room in a nice, friendly house in a great part of Manchester.

Interests

I love anything to do with food. Eating out, eating in and my weekends are usually spent in the kitchen cooking.
