About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travelling, learning and new experiences and making books along the way.

ABOUT ME

I'm an English student reading Fine Art currently traveling with my partner, David who is a product designer.

We are currently traveling South East Asia having saved hard and sold everything we own during the last year, so far we've explored Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam, with Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Bali, Australia and Hong Kong to come. We are both in our 20's and are both creative.

Once arriving in Australia we want to cycle from Cairns to Melbourne. We are both keen cyclists having cycled from Leeds (UK) to Paris a couple of times and Dubrovnik (Croatia) to Rome and we're very excited (although slightly scared) of cycling such a great distance across the great Australia!

If there are any Aussie cyclists who would like to meet for a pint/ skoona to give us advice or just to chat about our tour and possible routes please get in touch.

We're both friendly, easy going people who like to stay active, we're non-smokers (although don't have anything against those that do), we have no allergies, we love trying new food and Rebecca loves to swap and share recipes.

PHILOSOPHY

Love, live and say yes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I've been on the move since living in Germany, I've only managed to host one person, but intend to host when I eventually arrive back in the UK.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only surfed once in Germany, but was a lovely experience and full of fun. We swapped a German meat ball dish and I made him my fish and chips, with my famous beer batter recipe!

I use Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign if you'd like a tutorial? Or maybe how to play saxophone and clarinet? I can teach you how to make a camping curry and how to hurdle.
