Originally from Silkeborg. I keep filling this out over and over and over and every time it disappears again from my profile. Very strange!! I visit my family once a month or more and drive regularly to Skåne, the Swedish part of the Øresundsregionen. So I might be able to offer a ride to / company for a day trip to Sweden.

Had a profile before that was no longer accessible. Bunch of good vouches lost and tons of work, oops.The main reason why I am on this hospitality site has not changed.

I am perhaps not the generic type of person as the many other profiles. Maybe not a hipster, not a vegan, not a volunteer, not a do-gooder, not a traveler without plans, not a nomad. Does that make me different.. or am I not just like most others?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will always remember that day when I got lost during new years in a big city. Spoke to a total stranger, enjoyed that chat and felt bad that I had to say goodbye. He gave me direction but took a detour and bumped into him again. This time he offered me a tour and invited me in his house, to his family. We spent the whole day together... and I never realised it was his only day off. When these kind of things happen spontaneously.. that's magic.
