I am a nurse from Australia who has caught the travel bug hard. I quit my job two months ago to go exploring and have ventured through 10 countries so far.

I absolute love the beach and I used to be a lifeguard in Australia so I'm always up for swimming and the outdoors!

I'm a very talkative and bubbly person so if you're after good conversation (or one that goes on forever), I'm the person for you!

I have a strong interest in other cultures as I am Australia born, but am half Greek. Food is a big conversation starter for me as I love trying all different cuisines.

I love to learn about people, where they're from and what their life has been like, growing up in a different part of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend and I are travelling for four months and are looking to meet likeminded, friendly people. I'm on couch surfing because as soon as we return from our trip, we would love to open our home to other travellers.

Anything from techno to the Eagles. I have always loved music and listening to a range of artists. I particularly love rap and hip hop, mostly old school styles but still love listening to anyone these days.

My favourite books would have to be written by David Baldacci and John and Fay Kellerman. I love crime fiction and getting caught up in the mystery between the pages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I know most of these are travel related, but for me, the most amazing thing I've done is helping to deliver a baby for the first time. There is nothing more natural and pure than seeing a baby take their first breaths in this world and the instant love you can see the parents giving it. Although I have travelled to many amazing places and seen many amazing things, this will always be such a special moment for me, that I will cherish forever.
