I'm a laid back girl with a great outlook on life. I'm eager to learn and gain knowledge through the wealth of experiences there are out in the world.

Harold and Maude makes me cry.

I like many books, mostly Latin American authors like Lezama Lima, Alejo Carpentier, and Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I read a variety of books... often.

MUSACK: I like really funky world music. I occasionally sing with an amazing Balkan Brass Band called Rhyta! If I can dance, I'm happy :) I also love soul music, reggae, and reggaeton.

I hiked 7 days on the Sakantay trail to Machu Picchu.
I had 20 stitches in my leg in La Paz, Bolivia.
After all that I was mugged in my back yard in Ann Arbor, MI.
CRAZY!

I would love to help anyone who wants practice Spanish or learn a few words to get them by. I'm really into Latin American culture and immigration rights in the United States. I would also love to have someone to have Spanish exchanges with, I currently am out of practice!

I'm also a registered yoga teacher at the 200 level (RYT 200). I can show you some yoga moves or help you with your alignment. I'm currently practicing Iyengar yoga.
