I'm an easygoing friend, mom, sister, daughter, grandma.I love to travel, laugh and play. I retired 8 years ago with just social security and am having a juicy life. I'm writing a book on retiring happily for the portfolio challenged.

My current favorite book is Rita Golden Gelman's Tales of a Female Nomad. I like Mary Poppins and any music except rap and punk rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've walked all over some of the great cities of the world. I've snorkeled in the Caribbean, Hawaii and Mexico. I've sailed my own sailboat. I raised 3 kids alone. I took care of my new grandson for the first 6 months of his life so he wouldn't have to go to daycare as an infant.
