I am a work in progress...

I identify as many things including: geek, lesbian, writer, student, sister, photographer, water lover, scooter rider, adventurer who is not delaying death but living life.

I have no particular diet I stick to. I eat meat, dairy, and gluten sometimes and not others. I love venturing out and trying new recipes :)

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to be a change-maker.

I love looking at social justice issues and am starting to see that when I focus so heavily in this one area- I begin to feel alone and empty sometimes- therefore, I need to work on self-care and fun in order to create a happy and healthy balance.

I am a "try everything once" type.... I figure if I will regret not doing something, more than I could regret doing it- I'm in.

I believe everyone deserves to live their lives their way (without impeding others rights to do the same.)

I am learning how to give myself the same courtesy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I never have had a couch surfing experience like this site offers, but I spent many a teenage year homeless and couch surfing. It is nice to have it as an optional chosen experience this time round :p

I am huge into gender studies and feminist theory.

I am comfortable in large groups as long as I have a placard in my hand... LOL! Way more introverted without one :)

I would love to learn about how others see life and their own personal journey's. Life fascinates me.
