ABOUT ME

I'm an openminded, funny maybe sometimes silly, easygoing and adventurous person. During my exchange year in Canada, I caught the travel bug. Since then I've been traveling the world, discovering new places, getting to know new culutres and meeting lots of awesome people. :)

PHILOSOPHY

"Better regret something you have done, than something you haven't done." :) So far that's been a very good strategy. ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, I cannot offer a place to sleep right now. But I love to meet people on cs to go to concerts, do sports, go on trips or whatever else. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed a couple of times during my trips in Canada, the US and South Africa. Besides that I frequently use CS to find people to go to concerts, do sports or go on trips. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to host yet ... hope that will change soon. :)

音乐、电影和书籍

I mostly listen to alternative-rock-indie-stuff. The bands are always changing but some of my alltime favorite bands are the Foo Fighters, the Black Keys, the Hives and the Beatsteaks, awesome German band ... but the list goes on and on and on. ;) However, I also like listening to other genres like electroswing, hip hop, reggae etc. ... I'm pretty much open for everything.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Going up the highest mountain pass in the Alps reachable by mountain bike at about 3000 m altitude ... , downhill biking in Whistler, visiting Angor Wat by bike at more than 40 C°, hitchhiking in Thailand, generally living in Toronto as an exchange student ... and many more I cannot think of right now. I'm keen to exchange some stories when we meet! :)

I'm always keen on learning and trying new things ... so I'm open for everything. In exchange I can explain to you what Geoinformatics actually is ... I'm pretty good at that because I have to explain it over and over again ;). I can teach some sports (volleyball, longboarding, ... ) or some piano if you got one. ;)

Good stories I hope! ;) Besides that, I think that bavarian beer is one of the best, so I'd be happy to bring some if possible.
