Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well.. i've used a different site, similar to CouchSerfing to visit Amsterdam at the time... (was on 2008), then she came to Israel yet met a friend of mine, fell in love and stayed at his place for a week and took him back with her to Amsterdam... :)
Two very special people...

Interests

I LOVE nature, camping, travelling, meeting new people and new cultures...

I love thinking (chess anyone ? :), philosophical conversations, hanging out, some sports (i used to do more yet a gym teacher kinda messed it up)

I develop a system which hopefully some day will allow people to provide themselves without the geographical bondage to a certain place

  • running
  • chess
  • traveling
  • camping
  • surfing
  • sports
  • teaching

Music, Movies, and Books

Inception was nice one, The Shawshank Redemption is a classic there are many others which i can't recall at the moment (its 2 AM now :)

I love all sorts of music mostly these i haven't heard yet

lately I've been reading mostly reference books...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The doctors said i saved her life... Long story...

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a small story instead...
In February 2008 I arrived to Mumbai - India and met in an internet cafe a 15 years old kid which was running the place and had a very good level of English..
When I was done surfing the net and mailing family and friends I set with this kid for something like 2 hours chat, maybe more, eventually, before leaving the place I introduced him to www.w3schools.com which is where i started learning web developing.
We went trough the site, then said goodbye...
When I was in Mumbai after 3 months I came back to that internet cafe, that kid was there and he showed me a website he was working on...

Thats one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had.. :)
