I'm originally from Finland but have lived in the UK since 2008. I feel at home in both countries; actually I feel at home in most places.

Most people get know me for my loud voice and belly laughter. For me laughter is the best medicine. It keeps me fit inside out.

I love animals and being in nature. Looking into a dog's eyes melts my heart, watching the sun rise puts me into a trance, and hearing the wind in the trees soothes me. I'm one of them tree huggers.

I'm vegetarian and like beautiful and nutritious dishes that nourish both the body and the spirit. Good food is where my wellbeing starts.

I wish I could let my Mum answer this one for you. These days she seems to think that pretty much everything I do is amazing - and it worries me. I'm used to her doubting everything I do! :D

Personally, one thing I find amazing and liberating is the fact that I recently left a stressful and unrewarding office job and started to work as a carer instead. But I'm sure there are other things too, just ask my Mum!
