Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I read about CS from local Singapore newspaper The Straits Times. How I participate : I can host travellers if there is an empty room / no house owner / no housemates living with me. When I don't have couch, I offer to show you around when I am free. I also will share part of my food at local foodcourt and tropical fruits with you... No worries, I am a bit generous in sharing meals.
If I SURF, I will try to bring some small unique souvenirs from Singapore such as key chain or coins or postcards. I also can make you fruits salad / chicken salad / salmon salad with dressing if you don't mind.
Hosted some people in Bali.
Hosted Elly Immanuel (half Sweden) on NYE 2012.
Hosted Torsten Moltrecht (German working in Rio de Janeiro) in Jan / March 2012
Hosted Adrian (Mexico), Chris (Canada) & Jennifer (Sweden) 22-25 Aug 2012
Hope the guests have understanding to make sure the room is clean & tidy. We need to clean up the living room / couch / house (sweep & mop) before u leave.
