ABOUT ME

Hey there. I am currently living in Bath, Maine studying ASL Interpreting and Linguistics at USM. I am a massage therapist. I love the outdoors, playing music (harp, banjo, guitar, etc.), dancing (blues, swing, contra, etc), meditation, rock climbing, and am very involved in the Deaf community.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Someday when I have my own place I wish to host people, but for now I am occasionally looking for places to stay when I'm out of town.

Interests

So many interests. I pretty much named them in the "about me" section... but I love alternative health modalities, outdoor recreation (I'd try just about anything), American Sign Language and music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked three jobs during High School, graduated and saved up enough money to go on a cross country road trip - seeing as many National and State Parks as possible within a month.. and I was only 17.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my passion and awareness of sign language/linguistics/Deaf culture, I can cook food, we can play music together, share stories, delightful conversation and whatever else arises!
